Enjoy the last nights of summer with Butterfly Pavilion's free outdoor Concert Series with three evenings of family-friendly, good time bands. Our second night will feature Don Chicharron!

Don Chicharrón plays and pays homage to Chicha, the sonic result of Peruvian artists mixing the various aural stylings of their day:  60s psychedelia, Andean traditional folk melodies, and Afro-Cuban cumbia rhythms. Formed by Peruvian-American, Aldo Pantoja, Don Chicharrón filters its brand of Chicha through the songwriting influences of its 8 other members, giving its self-titled debut LP touches of punk, surf, prog, jazz, reggaetón, and salsa.

Butterfly Pavilion's Summer Concert Series Day 2 will begin August 19th at 5:00pm in our Discovery Garden Amphitheater. Reservations are required. There will be limited seating options, so be sure to bring blankets and chairs to relax on! Unsupervised play spaces will be available. Handmade pies by Hippy Pie Yay available for purchase.
